Not really...
WES owns an absolute s!*tload of land, a huge retail business themselves, so the start up and turn around costs to increase market share would not be as expensive for WES as it would be for another company.
The only problem I have is that now nearly 50% of shares will be owned by eastern state shlow mos who aren't really doing anything for the economy.
