This is more a merger than a takeover... so much scrip being issued that something like 46? 48? % of WES will be owned by Coles shareholders.
At least all the private equity players fooked off. 'Was never happy with WES sharing the assets... because it wasn't clear as to what would happen when the private equity mob wanted out.
