Come on pseud, I think you're losing it. The point is faith is a great motivator for many people doing much good.
I'm not saying faith is beyond question.
However you should understand, and admit:
You are living in a society which has had it's traditional faith held up to the light, looked at from every angle, had every question asked ( to quote one of our recent, most loved motivational speakers) over the last 350 years or so.

Let's have a lot less throwing out of babies with bath water.

For me, there are other institutions which need reconstruction more urgently..the legal system for instance.

The reconstruction of the legal system should be based on 'reason' not Superstition.

Blasphemy' shouldn't be a crime.
Swearing an oath on a book is stupid.
Freedom of religion taking priority over reason is a sick joke.
