Yes Omni, the slow pace is frustrating, but don't forget the most important thing in this environment is preservation of cash. Not much point in spending like a drunken sailor and then having to tap the market for funds at a couple of cents per share.....very dilutive to shareholders. Smart management, but very boring.
Hopefully, we will be able to move out of this hibernation phase pretty soon, and get active in the field once again.
