Imagine all the spec explorers have the exact business resources such as capital, staff and time as each other.

What judgement material do you have left? Quality of mangers and directors, quality of reports, quality of people commenting on their operations and quality of chosen sites to explore. All these stocks are, is choosing the highest chance from a list of pretty low chances. As long as the material in question is still needed (EG, not coal), it is pretty much just gambling on a find before they go completely broke.

I find the best trick is to not go long on most of these sort of stocks and not all in one stock. Usual trading advice you find in a book.
