Ask yourself, what is stranger, something getting over priced or something getting under priced (1)? I suggest both are equally strange and equally unexceptional. What is strange is that mispricing on the upside usually raises few eyebrows, but on the downside it raises all sorts of suspicions.
(1): Not that I'm suggesting ARB is now clearly under priced. Whilst it is now much better value than it was, I personally do not yet see it as offering compelling value. But that is just me.
