I have been following this for a month or so. Looks like this announcement is the key to others that will follow. Reading between the lines as we always have to, this paves the way for positive results, having held nicely at 20c a move up is more than likely and having only come from the early teens in the last 6 months this still has growth in it if you compare it within the sector
