    down move from 33 to 25.5 is the bullish flag formation.

    I think it is that bullish flag as

    down move has been on miniscule volume in bullish flag formation Vs the flag pole move volume which was huge.

    Simple folks.

    My verdict.
    We have a flag pole formation with bullish flag.

    Waiting mode

    bullish flag break out.
