There were a tonne of people who bought aggressively from 9.50 to 10.80. In fact there were institutions as well.
Most people made big gains this FY. These people are now looking for any losses to offset the gains and pay less tax.
Simple.
If there is no problem with the U and production etc this is the time to get a few at cheap prices.
When the Uranium foray starts again you will be a happy chappy.
Buy your rain coats in the summer.
