    NO, to resolution 5. But how can you get the apathetic ones to vote??? All boards and political parties pray for apathy. It's why they live the high life and we don't (or do we?).

    Please note even though I hold a position I will from last week on never post a sentiment other than "none". Go to CSS to see why. It's my new financial year resolution to "disclose but not reveal sentiment".
