With a poultry holding, as opposed to a paltry holding, you only get chicken feed.

It looks like they set an upper limit of 3198 shares, which is what I received.
At least one other who has posted here also reported receiving that same number.
(In my case, that represented 10.8326% of my prior holding).

If others with smaller holding got exactly 13.5%, then that suggests that the magic cut-over number was 23,689 shares.
My guess is that if you held more shares than that, then you got 3198 shares in the SPP, provided you had subscribed the necessary cash.
With smaller prior holdings, you got 13.5% of your holding (subject to having subscribed enough cash).
This is only my surmise based on incomplete evidence.
They could have used a formula that produced a graduated cut-over.
