Jeff is is keen to grow the business organically and by way of acquisitions. The next deal will not be the last imo. Should the DD workout great, if not then other deals will be in the wings. After all Jeff has had time to let his strategy be known to this very 'embryonic' segment of the Australian business community; something like only 2% of the ASX are tech companies. Of course, many more opportunities exist for acquisitions outside of listed entities.

Yeah... the stock price sucks... but the business itself is in a growth phase.
