REITs have being impacted by the exiting tide called sub-prime.
The tide will turn once the sub-prime skeletons have been fully revealed in financial sector.
I am comfortable on most REITs so long has no loanns need to be reset in the next two years and are not highly geared.
Current yield of 13%+ is covering the current negativity until the wall of worry eases.
