Another Private Equity con job.... we all know the story; buy so-so business with cheap debt, quickly tart the results up, get decent profit results for a year, have management prepare blue sky forecasts (that won't be met) and then flog it to someone who doesn't have access to the real story.
Net result bankers get rich, PE mobsters get richer and the sheep ( a.k.a. punters) are fleeced.
