Hi Skippa,

good to see the new ship is better than ever... heard that speech as well, quite incredible to see a war starting in a day or two.

ALL doing well but there still seems to be sellers out there... no matter it will have it's day in the sun... just got the annual report for ALL.

Got into HVN's on their sell off and almost bought MIM yesterday. NRT looks weak with Dr Kelly selling 200k shares.

Anyhow, have a great time and say hi to M.
