Clearly the oilers are running on full tanks at the moment. Seems that good news couples with oil price is creating great fuel for stock movement.
So, it would seem that those buying NDO at the moment are doing so either as long-term, or in expectation of news ... which probably needs to be soon and good.
How long before NDO can start to give news of drilling?
