asteroider, it is drivers like you and with your mentality who are a big cause of accidents on our roads of today. To purposely sit 5 klm below the speed limit is creating frustration for other drivers who simply just want to drive at the allowed limit. A long straight clear stretch of road is then needed by other motorists to safely pass you. Whenever a car overtakes another and is on the wrong side of the road, that is the danger time for that motorist and others who may be oncoming. Quite simply, you are putting other motorists in a position of danger as you are the one who is driving slow. Think about it for a minute, if everyone drove at the same speed, there would be no need for over taking, placing people in danger by having to drive on the wrong side of the road. I`m all for fining people who drive 5 klms over the limit and also i would love to see people fined for purposely driving 5 klms under the limit, and yes that means you asteroider, as you do cause accidents. The roads are a dangerous place these days and it needs every user to drive in a sensible manner, causing no harm to others and also not obstructing others.
And yes asteroider, i drive an SSV Ute, and will defiantly give you the finger if you are driving slowly in front of me and causing me to place myself and others in danger by having to over take you.
