If driving the speed limit is too much for some drivers, then they should not be allowed to drive on the road and should lose their licence.
If the sign for the road is 60 and some twit is sitting between 50-55 for no reason at all it annoys everyone who has the motor skills to drive at the designated speed limit.
People who are so bad at driving that they have to drive slower than the legal limit should be fined just like someone who drives over the limit.
The purposely slow ( inept ) drivers are the cause for a lot accidents.
If driving at the designated speed is too much for the reaction time/intelligence of some drivers then perhaps they should ride a bike.
