No need to take offence. There are some posters on HC that whinge about & criticise management every single day. The issue is not with people expressing their disatisfaction with EXM management, but more the relentless & uninteresting crap that gets posted on here every day and is sometimes unfounded & defamatory.

There is absolutely no doubt that EXM has been outperformed by many other resource stocks, and I have to agree with you, I too think that the current management hasn't done enough to improve sentiment & to also progress the company towards production. My point is, "how will the constant & sometimes unconstructive criticism towards management improve our company?"

Unfortunately BB I am unable to answer the two questions raised in your post. I would appreciate if you could share the answers with us.
