just read this at the end of the asx HRR annnouncement made today I dont know if it is rehashed news or not but HRR seems to have BHP already as a buyer for the Ni.
Heron advises that it is in negotiations with BHP Billiton Stainless Steel Materials division in relation to terms and condition for entry of a licencing and offtake agreement for Jump-up Dam and any other heap leach or atmospheric leach projects that Heron develops in the Eastern Goldfields (excluding the Kalgoorlie Nickel Project). As part of the agreement, it is anticipated that BHP Billiton and Heron would exchange under licence Intellectual Property relating to Nickel Laterite Technology (Technology) and Heron would grant to BHP Billiton the right to purchase at market the first 50% of any offtake produced from any project using the Technology and a right to match the best offer received by Heron in the market for the second 50% of any offtake produced from that project (including any financing terms). Any agreement reached will be subject to the approval of the Boards of both companies.
