- Board with proven track record (starting companies & taking them to $1B+ market caps/takeovers)
- Board/Management with $7M of their own cash invested into the company
- Management with a proven discovery track record, including a world-class discovery/deposit at DRE (Yin/GCC)
Let's hope they can make a discovery at Steve's Reward, but the main thing for me is the gold mining that's not far away, which will give them a lot of cash to explore and hopefully make another world-class discovery or two (with some good and bad results in-between (aka exploration)).
