re: psa co history? for gse1963 Ring Elizabeth at Petsec on 9247 4605 and ask her to send you a copy of the 1998 Petsec Annual Report. The story of their near death experience is all in there. The report may still be on the website but I haven't checked lately.
The company has no debt. The minute it borrows money to drill wells I am out. That's what set it on the slippery slope last time.
For the moment these guys are ultra cost conscious(once bitten twice shy) to the extent of refurbishing second hand decks for their production platforms and using cutting edge monobore drilling technology.
