    re: basis to sell It's really up to ANZ now - you can bet your bottom dollar that GTM are now in breach of their loan agreement.
    Does ANZ have the confidence that current management will produce cash operating surpluses to enable ANZ to be repaid or will ANZ protect their interests and appoint receivers.
