Global X is an index ETF.
They have decided BMN is in their bundle of stocks (presumably due to having a split between different lifecycle companies in the index)
Their continued buying just means that they ETF has more people buying stock. It does not mean that they think more of bannerman.
If their investments increase it may be due to needing to maintain % investment in small caps or in each given company. As BMN (and DYL's) SP declines, the number of shares they get for each new ETF investment will go up.
If they start liquidating it will mean they are either rebalancing or ETF holders are liquidating.
