Bmn holdings have doubled. Their Cameco holding has not doubled. ETF managers determine the %distribution or indexing of investment, not the investor, and they (ETF) may or may not actively manage. Its like an index but not, and traded like a stock. DYL is not in this ETF as far as i can see. My understanding is that they have a total amount of funds managed, trading of the fund does not alter this amount.
If you track it you can clearly see that some holdings have been static for some time, while others dynamic. EXT recently removed (for obvious reasons) and the money from such appeared to be redistrubted by purchasing of lower cap stocks.
So if bmn total shares held in this ETF increases it suggests to me that someone has made an active decision to invest more % into bmn, and not a consequence of bmn price movements or ETF listed trading.
