Who gives a sh$t I think PDY's priorities sit with the INF and the merger as I have said multiple times will happen when it does, if it is 2 days late 4 days 10 days big deal no JV in there right mind will act before the FS is finished and the INF is once and for all confirmed.

The only reason the merger is important to some people is because they believe the stock price will fly.....no it may go up a 0.001 or 0.002 but it will not really move until the INF is sorted.
