I agree phmurphy01, I wasnt impressed either! Investment grade companies have strong corporate governance standards, and having a preferred list of investors will erode credibility very quickly.
In saying that, the only mitigating factor that comes to mind is that given the number of personel required to conduct such trials, keeping market sensitive results such as these confidential would seem near impossible. Does anyone have any practical experience here?
