NEU has had plenty of runs with no announcement...and previous speeding tickets...
If the announcement was not ready for release, it was not ready..
NEU is US based and confirmation of this news may well have been received after COB on Friday..
They are the most Shareholder focussed company that I know of...
Why are you griping. Were you out when you should have been in, thats the risk you take when trading.
