In their quest for greed the three stooges have shot themselves in the feet and now have margin positions against their (less valuable) holdings. It wouldn't surprise me that FG is selling because he has to due to margin, not because he necessarily wants to at this price. It will be poetic justice to see the stooges taken out of their positions at substantially less than what they could have got if they just tried to do the right thing by all shareholders. Unfortunately other shareholders are paying the price for the stooges greed.
