gotta love the philippines

IMO, which is probably contrary to most IRN holders - but maintains - I am willing to bet that Tampakan will never happen in my lifetime (actually maybe I'm not so willing to bet that because I will collect my winnings when I least need them). As for whether SM can have a crack at defeating all the obstacles - well they can try but the outcome may still be the same.

However SM might (some local gossip, but don't know for sure, could be possible) have a bigger go and along with increased commodity prices - it all makes IRN somewhat interesting, trending and tradable.

Just watching but not falling in love with this one.
