All I know is, one, the trendline from the November lows of 17.5 cents remains intact every time the price hits it, two, if today's and the last few days price action isn't accumulation, I don't know what is, and three, I don't think the July 1 anniversary will pass without some appropriate form of acknowledgement, if not complimentary achievement.
Pure speculation here, but what if the reason for the IA taking so long was because the negotiations had expanded to include the Sales Agreement, thus killing two birds with one stone vis-a-vis laying the framework for the NASDAQ (or other) listing in 4Q calendar 09?
