To say that it would be a good choice to sell the services business is silly unless you were to pocket something in the order of many billions $.
The reality is that (I don’t remember exactly and please correct me if I am wrong) but the services business brought in something like 40% of CNPs income last year. Along the lines of $260 million. The articles talk about selling this asset for around $1 billion or FOUR YEARS INCOME.
I have no idea about economics but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand THIS WOULD NOT BE A GOOD OUTCOME.
