a thing to also notice is RSG in their latest quarterly report had $2m cash change in their listed investments, even though we know it was them selling out of FFX but .... $2m at during that time... means that of the 12,500,000 shares, they might still hold $1m ... or liquidating slowly, hence could be on the register still and have a minor holding not worth disclosing.
