Roast lamb with pasta:
Rub leg of lamb with the following:
½ dozen cloves pressed garlic.
2 teaspoons salt.
¼ cup olive oil.
¼ cup chopped rosemary.
Zest of 1 lemon.
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
And some of the following:
Anchovies.
Beef fat.
Chipotle sauce.
Soy sauce.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber.
Break up and serve with firm the bit pasta.
