    1. BEST SNAGS – PADDY’S126 Cotham Rd, Kew, 9816 9590A little slice of Ireland, this butcher has some of the best snags in Australia, winning awards left right and centre. Paddy’s honey/lamb/macadamia and chicken/corn/shallots are both champion snags, but he also makes more traditional flavours like pork/fennel/sage.
