Go to your doctor and have your 'Homocysteine' and "uric acid' levels tested, if your Homocysteine is above six you need to do what I have suggested in the original article.
Go to the original article and log onto the site about Homocysteine. It may shock you; the sad thing is most doctors are not up on the latest biology. You may alrady have a heart problem.
Spend some time on the other links I have included.
