Thanks for that Glitters. I get Psoriatic arthritis and generally take 4 fish oils a day and keep active. I believe this has helped a lot.
As for celebrex I very occassionaly take that or Mobic. I usually take the odd nurophen (275mg) when necessary.
The Nurophen works really well
I might also look at Tumeric/feverfew as an alternative anti inflamatory.
Most of these diseases I believe are now due to to humans modifying their natural environment, living in a world of processed food and reducing their exposure to germs
