The 345 billion in assets on the balance sheet does not totally agree with your "theory" that there is nothing to show duty. And it's not necessarily what the balance sheet shows now, but what it would have been without the stimulus.
And I am pretty sure the average household balance sheet is a lot stronger thanks to the economic stimulus.
Be very careful what you wish for.
