Sabine, I cant help you with the charts. There used to be someone who posted impressive looking charts on the "Top stocks" CNM thread - maybe get on there and give him a nudge.
For what it's worth, a friend contacted the WA environment misinsters office a few weeks ago asking when the LEED funding announcement would be. The rep said it would be "in February". In the press they have been more cryptic - just saying "soon".
From watching the stock every day for the last year and a half, if there's no announcement before the end of february, my guess is we'll be back down near 14c, quicker if the US tanks. But we'll obviously be soaring if a good announcement comes before then, and that seems a strong possibility. tough choice.
