Correct TE, but there could be an upside here. Tech companies presumably abide and go with it, or pull out. Either way the trolling has to take a hit.
It isn’t doing our society any good, especially kids, and tbh do tech companies take any responsibility for that? No but they take our $s and leave strife behind them.
Maybe it’s about time some of the half wits around had to take some responsibility for their actions.
And; Will other countries follow suit? Will the US resort to undue pressure for one of their biggest industries (like defence where they need a war every so often)? Will we see the platforms empty out or be reformed? Either is a blessing in many respects. Children especially, shouldn’t be forced to suffer, so reforming the rules would be good.
