    I agree with all you wrote but Gary and cotton on father and son own 35% of the company. It will be hard to get rid of them.
    Yes the new sharp CEO would be fantastic but Gary wont give up his income streams.
    As you said I think they can really squeeze a lot of out this company. I do not think they want to.

    At 65 mil this company seems as take over opportunity to someone who knows how to squeeze it. Paying 65 mil for a no debt position, huge revenues and solid cash flows is an opportunity.

    But thats true, cut the big wigs out and get new ceo and this company could be back where it belongs.

    Who knows, maybe february takeover was just a setup?

    I hope today was overreaction.
