Maybe I'm looking with rose coloured glasses but this is what Parenti said today with a large increase in their profit outlook.“We recognise that the current external market conditions have improved sinceCovid-19 restrictions started to ease and that our business is in a position to take advantage of these conditions. However, we are also acutely aware of the potential volatility that still exists and we working to manage the controllable aspects of this environment by remaining disciplined in the execution of our strategic objectives.”
And yes, they did get profit margin expansion form 8.6%(?) to 9.4% .
I can't see a 100% difference in conditions form that facing them and GNP and even if it is, it will just be delayed as the demand ramps up ino the servcies GNP provides dominated by power and communication reticulation.
BTW Perennial said something similar in their last report for their Strategic Natural Resources fund a few days ago.
