"announcement in coming weeks" is on the money.
The public consultation period for the PCD plant approval closed 28th February.
LCK will be preparing responses to questions raised in the consultation.
These are either completed or close to being completed.
As I understand it, nothing too scary has been raised so its due process from here.
Could be as soon as a week or maximum 4 weeks (estimated).
Might also depend on slotting in with new Govt. timetable - they might want to jump on the back of the announcement and 'own it'.
