    one HAS to ask at this point,
    is whether DERM will be policing the activities and by-products of the CSG industry in Qld., or will this be self-policing (LoL) by the CSG industry under the "protection" of the Feds.,
    because afterall,
    they are the the ones' who have issued the go-ahead.

    wot a wonderful political system to have going for those who know how to straddle it, eh?
