government contracts

I haven't been able to find the document, but I thought I read these were due for announcement in January (this week). The announcement in December said "early 2010" but I thought I read a further announcement specifying January. When announced it should quickly recoup the recent drop plus some.

Anyone want to take a guess at what it will be worth. Bear in mind 3 or so years ago the contract just for the education dept was worth $30 million. Now its for whole of government, Power and water etc. Gotta be well over $100 million you'd think.
