    And is what some fail to see in this whole process, nothing is ever gifted in a whole amount.

    They might get the odd grand thru a centrelink set up but to fill one of these docs out you really need and accountant.
    And it doesn't usually end there, you usually have to give work or progress plans every 3 or 6 months for the life of that loan and it all never seems to end.
    When I had land I got some money like one of these schemes some 30 years ago for a disaster at the time and was like any other loan you had to pay it all back.
    I would rather give the farmers money and they don't jump up and down about paying it back than giving all this money in grants or gifts and get nothing back.
