government finance for KRR?, page-10

I think if a company needs to rely on government loans to be viable there is no real future for the project...
this needs to be able to stand without government money that being said if there was money available later to upgrade roads and such that help the local community that would be great...
the private sector has to be convinced to put money in to get this built pollies will only queer the deal and be ready for any photo opportunity...
glta may naif never be talked about as a way to get this across the line as I see it in other companies that are hoping for government loans nothing seems to eventuate and false hope only multiplies shareholders losses...
