agreed Dott, I imagine there are a few traders who would be interested in a quick pump and dump, and coming from 1.5 cents to 4 cents is a pretty good return for a days work. However CEL's share price could be around 20 to 30 cents in a years time, considering 3 years ago it was around 12 cents with the exact same fundamentals as it has now.
