I asked a couple of questions, (two occasions), albeit a year or so back from Bertus De Graff jezza and he replied promptly and in depth to both.
I thought that was more than most would have done.
I put myself in his situation and I know that with the pressure of daily business to get around I would soon start asking "what do they think this is , a bloody chat room!"
No, in my opinion if you have a reasonable question to ask Bertus is prepared to try and answer it for you.
