Government has not issued pre-operation license... yet.
Considering Lynas is complying fully with the IAEA recommendations, the pre-operating license will be awarded in short order. Should be a good spike for the SP too, so ideally we'll get it when the markets bounce after this debt ceiling nonsense subsides.
